Bella slowly sat herself up for a bit. The painrelieving flowers were beginning to take their effect so for the while she didn't feel much burning in her leg. Still feeling it numbed she made sure not to move too much, she was getting better though.

Her head tilted slightly on angle to the sight of a pup she hadn't noticed before, a young and bold male. His fur a dark mixture of many greys and could notice the emerald green eyes that stared up at Flint. 'Was he another who had got seperated from his pack as well?' Her thoughts bubbled within her, bringing up many possible answers until she caught his scent.
His scent entangled with the one of Ayla, his mother. Bellatrix watched on as Flint talked to the young pup, wondering where his mother was. Bellatrix looked about a short gaze, she was no where in sight close by. 'His excitement must have overpowered him easily for his need to explore', she thought. Curling her tail neatly around her side and not applying to uch pressure onto her wounded leg, not risking the chances of the pain to come back so quickly yet, she sat quietly watching on the conversation of the Cora with the young pups.

Basile stood and shook her fur, the scent of the fae wolf fully memorized. She snorted, getting herself ready for another scenting when another scent wafted to her snout.

Ears flicking with annoyance and slight curiousity, she kept the scent with her. This wasn't a scent she knew. It was the scent of a young wolf, a pup. Closing her eyes and trotting a little with the scent. The pup-scent smelt of Ayla and she knew it must be her pup.

Hesitating, she opened her eyes and looked towards the dens. She didn't catch Ayla's scent with the pup's, did that mean she wasn't with it? She began to trot again. following the scent through the trees.

She paused, the scent blurring and melding all around. She continued to scent around the trees, confused at what had happened. Her nose hovered over the grass. Her head rose.

Looking curiously around her, she stared at the small areas a pup would be able to fit through: the holes in the trees, the holes in the ground, under the roots of a lifted tree, an empty log and finally a large thicket.

She checked all of the areas, digging a bit to move the dead leaves away from the entrances. She stuck her head in the holes and inside the empty log, getting stuck a few times before finally wiggling out.

Shaking her pelt, she moved over to the thicket and lowered herself to the ground. Even then she couldn't tell if the pup was there, her eyes met with thickets upper branches. Ears flicking back apprehensively, she eyed the nature. She wouldn't be able to fit in there.

"A-are there any pups hiding in there?" She called self-consciously, feeling strange about talking to a bush. She would feel very embarassed if the pup wasn't in there. Still she continued to call, keeping her ears alert for whimpers or squeaks of a pup.

Anella

"A-are there any pups hiding in there?"

Anella's ears perked, how could anyone know that she was in the thicket? The young female scrambled a bit under the branches, thus far it was quiet, until one of the branches she stood on snapped. She froze immediately, now knowing that she would be definitely found. But a more important question ringed in her.

What was out there, or more importantly who. She had scented some other smells in the den, and knew that she existed in a pack, she was a bit smarter than her brother in that way. She had brains, where he had none. Though she knew that she was missing something in her life, all the other scents had 'names' what were names?

There was one scent of another like her, Nakia, its scent told her, and a much older one like her mother, Flint, along with a Charity. She had never heard of such things, but knew that she too eventually should have one. What was her mothers? That had always just registered as 'Mum'.

"W-Who's out there?" she called back to the wolf, knowing that it had probably found her by her scent. Anella sat back in the thicket, in case it was a wolf who'd attack. Her eyes had widened slightly as she waited an answer. Was this one friendly?

Changing the color to avoid confusion Smile

Basile ears perked at the snap of the branch from the thicket. Pushing herself lower to the ground, she struggled to look into the undergrowth. The pup was here afterall! She was glad she found her before anyone else did.

"W-who's out there?" The pup called back to her. Basile tried to make herself sound as friendly as possible as she responded "I am Basile, the Edhel of the pack. Why did you run away from Ayla?"

Right after she finished her sentence a chilly breeze blew past. She shivered, her light fur not made for protection against the cold. She looked back to the thicket and wondered if the pup was also cold. Basile's coat wasn't built for cold weather and she would have to return to the dens soon.

" Come out now pup, we have to get to the dens before it gets too cold out." She tried to keep the hasty, anxious feelings out of her tone. Already dreading the chill that came with the changing seasons.

Wyatt's ears swivelled on top of his head as he continued his way through the forest. As he scanned over the ground that he could see, his nose worked away, taking in all the scents that hung in the air. His gaze seemed cold and hard, but a soft undertone still seeped through as they looked upon everything.

Nothing much had changed in him at all - still the huge softy he always was - but now more sure, more certain of what he wanted. As the scents of the one's he recognised filled his nose, he couldn't help but let off a small smile at the corners of his mouth. He hadn't known much of the others before, but he still felt a sense of belonging - something he hadn't experienced in al his living years.

Shaking the smile from his face, he stopped mid stride. His eyes has locked onto the form of who he believed to be Basile, talking to a bush. His head tilted in a state of confusion as he watched her silently.

Charity moved closer to the young male pup, sitting down beside Flint. She was a little puzzled at what he was doing out of the den without Ayla and how he got so far without her noticing. It crossed her mind that this little male was not the only one of the new mother's pups and she was curious as to what the others were like. "What are you doing out here without your mother?" she asked gently.

Nakia wrinkled her nose at the young male pup now capturing everyone's attention. Well this is no fun at all. All the excitement was now gone as nothing really happened, so the pup decided to go find some fun. Sneaking away from her mother's side she began to head back to the den. Trotting along she heard voices.
"Come out now pup, we have to get to the dens before it gets too cold out."
Nakia stopped and tilted her head, her ears pricked. It sounded like Basile but who was she talking to? Breaking straight into a run she headed toward the sound. As the form of Basile came before her so did that of another wolf. Wyatt. But it was too late for her to stop and she rammed straight into the male's front leg. "Oof," she muttered as the breath was driven from her and she slumped to the ground. It felt just like running into a tree, only with fur. "What... What's going on here?" she tried to demand but it didn't come out that way as she was still slightly out of breath and was laying with her chin on the ground.

Basile turned her head to the side, hearing the sound of Nakia. She saw the pup first and then Wyatt, looking at her questionably. Standing up, she shook her fur and tried to ignore the embarassment that threatened to surface.

She took a quick glance at the thicket before saying defensively
"Ayla's pup ran out of the den!" Shifting from paw to paw, she then returned to her slouched state.

The pup's scent waas still strong and so were the winds. She stuck a paw into an opening in the bushes, trying to dig her way through.

Then, defeated, she gave a pleading look toward the others.

Wyatt looked to his feet where he saw Nakia laying chin-first on the ground. He raised a brow at her and looked back to Basile as she explained what was going on.

Lifting his nose the air, he gave a few short sniffs, noticing the distinct smell of another wolf - mixed with Alya's scent. Nodding slightly he bent down, picking Nakia up and straitening her posture, before sitting down himself,
"let's see if you can coax the pup out."

Anella

"Ayla's pup ran out of the den!"

"let's see if you can coax the pup out."

The two different voices rang through Anella's small velvety ears. She looked to the direction of which they had come from. There was at least now three others out there. Looking through the thistles she could see a pup, a decent size bigger than her, but it seemed like a bit of a klutz. She gave an ignorant snort and sat back in the thicket.

"Why should I come out?" she said teasingly as she knew that she was out of reach from them for now. She nestled down in the small hole she had dug previously, and her fluffy white coat kept her quite warm for now. She curled her little bushy tail around her, in a ball in the small hole she dug, for now refusing to come out.

Nakia glanced at Basile, rather unconcerned. Why should she care really? She almost giggled at the grown wolf's attempt to dig through the thicket to get at the pup inside, one she could only assume was related to the male they ran into earlier. After Wyatt had picked her up and placed her gently back down on her paws she sat down and smugly lifted her nose in the air, her eyes closing to slits. "Why should I do anything?"she asked.

The sound of a pups voice reached her ears, she guessed that it must have been the one in the thicket. She glanced into the leaves and spikes of the bush. A flash of white fur. "I most certainly don't care if you come out or not," she barked into the bush.

The young fae peered up at Flint as warm, inviting words flowed from his mouth. Glancing at Nakia when she was gently reprimanded, Xhosa supressed a snicker, knowing it would only cause more drama. Her previous uncertainty and minority of words had been a consequence of roaming in isolation for an extended amount of time. The lithe pup did not expect the brown interogator to comprehend this, and therefore let it hang with tension in the air. Would the rivalry be resolved? Who could tell. The both of them were easy to aggravate and it could be predicted that the slightest dispute would certainly mean some form of disagreement would ensue.

As Nakia's mother continued to fuss over her offspring, the female almost laughed at the affection. She had never truely known what it felt like to be fussed over in that fashion. After taking one look at Charity, Xhosa knew any confrontation between the two pups would be reserved for future purposes.

Rotating her orbs upwards, the fae removed herself from her pool of thoughts and cosidered the brute's suggestion.
"That'd be good,"replied the small canine, with no trace of anxiety or uncertainty, "I guess I could stick around for a while." Moments after, her vision picked up the sight of a miniscule pup, even younger than Nakia. No sooner had Flint's questioning words exited his maw, the tiny creature darted off again.

Before Xhosa had a chance to converse any further with the male before her, her ears swivelled about, detecting various sounds. Glancing over, she spotted several wolves going into hysterics by a clump of dense thicket, which apparently contained the sibling of the other male pup. Listening to their distressed cries and frantic digging, she managed to gain the information that the pup in the foliage was the child of one of the pack's leaders, Ayla. As Xhosa didn't quite understand the rankings and the such of this pack, she decided to inquire about it. But not now. She doubted anybody was in the mood.

Loping closer to the populated gathering, the fae learned that the young wolf was female and, by the sounds of her swift responses, she had a bit of spunk. Xhosa's small feet made minimum sound as she set a rocking pace towards the others. At first the female thought about standing around with the others, but she skirted the edge of the thicket and peered through a small gap. Still in full view of the pack and in no better position to fish the pup out, her maw was plastered with a comical smile that was barely visible to the others. Sitting on her haunches, Xhosa showed next to no concern for the pup as she knew it couldn't be pryed from it's position until it wished to do so.

The young female didn't know how long she would remain here. All her life, that she could recall anyway, had been spent roaming freely and living in accordance with her own rules. Her welcoming was friendly, despite the irritating and fiery Nakia, and Xhosa hoped her rebellious side wouldn't prove to be too overuling. But it was instinct, and it would always remain an important part of her, her independability.

Anella

"Why should I do anything? ... I most certainly don't care if you come out or not,"

Anella's ears perked to the Wolves outside, she wondered why they would be bothering her, A sudden breeze cast through the thicket causing the young female to shake and shiver. It seemed that the cool breeze kept up its cold chilling air.

She rummaged through the thicket and peered out under a branch.
"W-why is it s-so cold?" she shivered as she spoke. She sat and started whining, wanting her mother by her side to make her warm again. Anella was in reach now by the other wolves as she sat whining and whimpering for her mother.

Nakia rolled her eyes at the smaller pups whimpers of the cold. She felt the wind through her own fur but for now was unconcerned. It was growing thicker with everyday. Xhosa came over to the thicket too, investigating what was going on but not saying a word.

Her own goldening eyes wandered back to the youngest pup, who had moved out from the center of the bush just a little. It was enough though and tired of the cries she went over to her and grabbed the scruff of its neck in her jaws. She began to drag the whimpering pup out into the center of the older wolves. There she left her and looked up at Basile and Wyatt. "That good enough for ya?" she asked as she sat next to the pup.

Theron

Theron had no answer for their questions, he didn't know what a name was and he was so intimidated that his dry tongue couldn't even form words enough to explain his leaving the den. Instead he stood rcompletely still as he stared up at them with wide, green eyes.

Ayla

Ayla had been distracted by the stranger female as her pups made their escape but as soon as the scent of their presence outside touched her nose her motherly instincts rose to full velocity. Her silver dappled ears perked as her head whipped around, heightened senses working furiously to pinpoint their whereabouts. As soon as she had the faintest of ideas of Theron's location her long white legs pushed her off the ground with enough force to send her almost flying, delicate paws not touching the ground for another few meters.

Her fire-like eyes were angry and smouldering as she slid into the small clearing where Flint, Charity and Theron stood and Bella lay. She hardly noticed the chilling breeze, her coat too thick to even feel it as she quickly scooped Theron up in her jaws, holding him firmly by his scruff. She managed to give Charity and Flint a quick nod of thanks before her eyes scanned the surrounding forest frantically for Anella. Her nose found the scent of the young fae entwined with many others of the pack.

Her paws were once again flying over the ground as she went to find her daughter, pushing her way through the others to see a shivering Anella sitting wide-eyed in the middle of them. Ayla sighed, setting Theron lightly on the ground as she sat (the young male hastily scrambling to bury himself in her warm fur) a disapproving look on her face as she watched the young fae.

"Well?" she questioned with a raised brow, addressing them both.

Anella

"That good enough for ya?"

Anella looked to the much bigger pup, tilting her head slightly as she wondered why she had been dragged out into the open. As she sat, se curled her tail tightly to her side, sitting, trying to remain small as possible compared to the others. She opened her mouth to talk, but her voice hadnt sounded like her own, it wasnt. It was the sound of her mothers.

"Well?"

Anella looked around, her mother appeared behind her. She shuffled her paws as she scooted over closer to her, more so for safety than.

"M-M-Mum, Brother-r-r sai-d-d we outsid-e-e" she shivered, as she looked up at her mother, as she shivered.

Charity watched as Ayla came and swiftly picked up the pup before turning and heading off again. Walking after her, she went to see what was going on. The new mother's two pups huddled into her warm fur. It was just as she had suspected, the two had snuck off. Nakia seemed to be sitting there, looking a bit smug for herself and Charity couldn't help wondering what her pup had possibly done.

Sitting down next to the white wolf she looked down at the pups. "What are these sweet one's names?" she asked softly.

Nakai looked up at Ayla as she brought the male pup over. Both the pups huddled into her, away from the cold. She snickered at the short question directed at them both. Not long out of the den and they were already in trouble.

Theron

Theron watched from the confines of his mother's thick fur as Anella tried to explain the situation. At his words he jumped up indignantly, trotting to her side and huffing "I did not!". He took another breath as though to continue his argument when the other big female asked what their names were. He gave a little frown - that was twice in one day that he'd been asked what his name was. He looked up at his mother expectantly, awaiting her answer.

Ayla

Ayla gave a slight smirk as the two pups tried to explain themselves. If she were to be honest she didn't mind that they had ventured out on their own, for it showed to her that they had the bravery and initiative needed to do things on their own, though she felt it wasn't the same for the other adults so she just bent down and barked sternly, "I'll talk to you two about it later."

Her ears perked to Charity's question and her smile broadened. She had finally decided on their names. "This little one," she began, using her paw to indicate the little fae, "is Anella, meaning 'angel'. And this one," she continued, this time indicating the male, "is Theron."

Charity softly repeated their names. "Anella and Theron. Two very fitting names I believe." She lowered her muzzled down to the pups level. "You two have sure had an exciting first day out of the den haven't you but now that it's getting cold I think it's probably time for you to go back to the warm den." The creamy female lifted her head and chuckled. "Four adventurous pup in the pack. We sure have our paws full, don't we?" Raising up onto her paws, Charity swished her tail. "Let's go," and so she started off, pausing only to rub her muzzle against Nakia.

Nakia watched the male pup as he yelled back at his sister. She was eager to see the argument rise up for this time it was not her starting it. Disappointed when her mother spoke up she laid her ears flat against her head willing the two pups to fight anyway. They didn't and were told their names instead. Her own mother spoke about going back to the den. Nakia rolled her eyes, looking away when Charity nuzzled her. Giving a little sigh she waited until the others had moved off before going too.

Anella

Anella looked around as the adults spoke, her mother had given her the name 'Anella' she liked it for now. She gave her annoying brother an evil look, before she stuck her pink tongue out at him. She curled up next to her mother, enjoying the warmth of her fur. She was quite an arrogant little pup, ignoring what Charity had said to her. She sat up as she looked up to her mother wondering which way the den was now. She had not taken into account her surroundings and therefore had no idea where she was.

She stared up at her mother for ages wondering when the would move back to the den, it was getting really cold out here.

Flint

Flint sauntered through the forest after Charity, there had seemed to be some attention to Ayla's pups. He moved to where the gathering of the Pack seemed to be at and listened to the Pack Members as each of them spoke. The words never really entering his ears. He stretched his long fore-limbs out as he laid down giving a bored yawn as he watched Anella and Theron (as they were to be called) argue back and forth, before being silenced by their stern mother.

Flint had zoned out until everyone had pretty much stopped talking. His lemony eyes shot open as he looked around the Pack Members before announcing
"I think that it's best for all of us to return to the den for the night, tomorrow we shall hold a Pack Hunt, I think" His voice was cold and smooth, it bristled with the wind as he watched around the pack, before permitting himself to get to his tired paws and start making headway for the den.

Basile sighed, tired from the earlier events of the day. She was glad that the pup had been coaxed out of the thicket and was reunited with Ayla. She couldn't help but give curious stares, there was something about these pups that were different than the others. Perhaps it was the fact she knew they had recently been born.

How could wild, alive things like these have come from inside Ayla? It seemed surreal to her. She took the time of walking over to the pups before catching and memorizing their scents.

"I think that it's best for all of us to return to the den for the night. Tomorrow, we shall hold a Pack Hunt, I think."

Basile paused at this, wondering how a pack would hunt together. Stepping eagerly, she began to follow Flint. She had never hunted large game before - she never could bring such sized prey down. Excitement tingled her skin and made her shiver. With a small hop in her step, she trailed behind the charcoal colored wolf, forgetting about the growing cold.

Charity walked into the den and straight over to her little spot. There she lay down eyes wandering back to the entrance to watch the rest of the pack arrive. It would be night soon. Charity remembered their first night as a pack. Ayla realising she was pregnant and rushing off after Flint got annoyed. Now the pups were born and runningaround outside the den. Nakia had been very cheeky that night too but Charity preffered to forget that incident.

Opening herjaws in a wide yawn, her eyes half closed. They stayed that way as she rested her head on her paws. A hunt the next morning sounded nice.

Nakia tailed along beside Flints paws. Looking up at the tall black male, she wondered if it was possible to climb onto his back. The tips of her ears only just made it to part-way up his shoulder so there was still a long way to got. Figuring she most likely just needed a boost Nakia began looking for somethiing she could climb upon. A large log they were going to pass looked perfect. Running up to it she jumped up onto a branch sticking out and then scrambled on top of the log. There she perched herself ready to pounce. As Flint's shoulder came by she leapt. With paws outstreatched she grabbed the scrff of his neck, she didn't land squarely and was beginning to fall off so quickly she grabbed a bunch of his fur in her mouth.

By the time the female was anywhere near where the wolves she had seen earlier were congregated, it was late in the evening. Her paws made next to no noise as she shifted from a cautious trot to a stealthy sneak. Inching forward, her eyes trained on the area ahead of her. It looked to be old man-made ruins. Yet, no scent of man lingered. Calmed by that fact, the female flattened her ears against her head and peered through the branches of a bush to watch the den area. It appeared that there was some sort of commotion not too long before, as many looked as though their buttons had been pushed further than they could handle. The sky gradually darkened, along with her chances of being recognised. How long will I wait here? she wondered, eying those who lingered in the open. A branch caught on her notched ear, causing the female to yelp in surprise.

Cursing under her breath, Karma remained still as the death she feared and waited for the worst to come.

Wyatt simply followed the rest back to the den area, a strange scent tickling his nose as he walked along. Shaking his head at the sight of Nakia pouncing on Flint, he smiled lightly. Turning his attention away, the smile on his face dissipated at the smell failed to leave the air. The male's eyes narrowed as he looked around, ears perking as a feint sound floated to him. He took a few steps forward and took in the air, before smiling to himself as it finally grabbed him.

Flicking each ear back he followed his nose to the source, stopping a few paces away from what he saw to be dark female crouching in the bush, barely visible due to the dimming light. A smile on his face he stepped forward one and looked upon the female, "I think you've just been found my dear."
